Company History
Thomas Morris was established in 1991 at a small office in Eaton Ford, a suburb of St Neots in Cambridgeshire.
Within 2 years the company had opened a second office branch in the market town of Ramsey where they quickly established themselves as the area's leading agent.
1996 saw them amalgamate with Homequest, a respected estate agent with offices in both Huntingdon and St Ives. The company now had four strategically located branches in Old Huntingdonshire and re-located the St Neots operation to arguably the most prominent position in the town.
After a brief period of consolidation, the company made its first move out of Cambridgeshire and set up a new office in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire during 1998. It was in this year that they acquired an agency in Sawtry, a village to the north of Huntingdon.
A year later the partnership bought two offices from Halifax Property Services. One in St Ives, which they converted to a 'mortgage shop' (mortgages and other Financial Services are available through our association with Partners Financial) and the other in Royston, Hertfordshire. This remains their most southerly branch providing access to numerous buyers to the benefit of all offices.
