Julian O'Dell

Julian started in estate agency in 1983 with an independent estate agent in Newport Pagnell.

He rose to the role of Area Manager within a corporate estate agency, having ten offices under his control but grabbed the opportunity to become a partner of Thomas Morris in 2000.

A passionate fan of Luton Town Football Club and a devoted family man to Cat and their children and grandchildren, Julian runs Thomas Morris’ training company (TM training & development) as well as overseeing a number of ad hoc projects such as recruitment and business development.
