OPTION 1 - Free Home Information Pack
The popular choice for most of our clients, designed to make life easy and inexpensive we will arrange the legal work and the production of your Home Information Pack - FREE OF CHARGE (Terms and Conditions apply - contact your local branch for details).

OPTION 2 - Deferred Payment
If you wish to use your own solicitor or conveyancer to conduct the legal work ­ no problem. We will arrange for a HIP to be produced and payment will be deferred - (Terms and Conditions apply - contact your local branch for details)

OPTION 3 - Payment in Advance
Prefer to choose your own conveyancer but pay up-front? This may be the best option for you - (Terms and Conditions apply - contact your local branch for details)

OPTION 4 - Other HIP Provider
