Cambridgeshire and Constantia Offices Triumph at Prestigious Estate Agent Event

5 January 2012

F&C Award

Fine and Country agents from around the globe recently converged at the newly refurbished Park Lane Headquarters in London for the 2011 Fine & Country Global Property Awards.  Fine & Country Cambridgeshire and Fine & Country Constantia (South Africa) were awarded ‘Highly Commended’ plaques for their outstanding efforts and dedication to the brand.

The event culminated in a champagne and canapé reception along with speeches from members of the judging panel. The global awards, sponsored by Vizzihome, marked the finale of the year long awards which set to raise the standards of the brand and celebrate the most professional and passionate people in property.

Presenting the awards was Fine & Country’s new CEO Matthew Pryke who commented “The standard of the entries was magnificent and the competition couldn’t have been closer.  There was no doubt that both offices should be awarded for their outstanding efforts and achievements. I am truly proud of both the Cambridgeshire and Constantia offices who are both worthy recipients of these awards.”

Fine & Country Global Property Awards are the final stage of a trilogy of internal awards. The process initially began with the European Awards hosted at the Mayfair Millennium Hotel in July which saw Fine & Country Cambridgeshire, Berkhamsted, Rugby, Solihull, Leamington Spa & Coventry, Bath & Cheltenham and Marbella all pick up awards for various categories.  The International Awards were hosted in Johannesburg, South Africa in October and included entrants from Africa, Asia and the Middle East. The overall winners of the two events were automatically entered into the Global Property Awards.

Fine & Country Cambridgeshire and Fine & Country Constantia are no stranger to winning awards with an accolade of reputable trophies received over the years. The recent awards applaud both their innovative approach to enhancing customer service, particularly with IT and marketing. Both offices are dedicated to bringing the lifestyle of each home to life which they do by utilising social media, introducing the latest technologies such as QR codes, property videoettes (animated short clips) and iPhone Apps.

Simon Bradbury of Fine & Country Cambridgeshire says: “It is a great ending for 2011. Introducing IT into our marketing approach has had such a positive impact for our clients and I not only put this down to a great team behind me but also being a part of the market leading brand that is Fine & Country. The internal awards are a great motivator for agents as it ensures the standard is always high which translates into a better service for the consumer.”

Jennifer Huber of Fine & Country Constantia says: “Thank you all for this unique opportunity. Fine & Country is very clearly inspirational, igniting a vision of inner confidence that gives great excitement and pleasure in expressing its rich awareness and golden value added services. I have found a Fine place in the Country where I can soar and bring everyone home.”
