Don't be fooled! Our new boards will be out by April 1st

Thomas Morris Sales & Lettings have just completed the roll out of their new board designs across Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire – just in time for April 1^st.

The new For Sale and Lettings boards are now a common sight across the region from Ramsey to Royston and from St Neots to Sawtry.

Partner Russell Sansby was part of the team that briefed the London design company commissioned to deliver an eye catching product that attracted the attention of potential house buyers and tenants.

“Even though most of our business is generated by the internet and newspaper advertising, nowadays it is surprising just how many potential tenants and house buyers still call us as a result of a board – about 14% of our business comes from this form of advertising so it’s really important to make sure we get it right”

The boards incorporate the famous ‘TM’ logo which is now used across a wide range of the firms marketing collateral including business cards and newspaper advertising, leaflets and fascias.

The new boards are part of the significant three year investment programme which includes a complete renovation and modernisation of the firm’s flagship office in St Neots.  Work on this project is currently under way and is due for completion by the end of June.
