Fine and Country agents from around the globe converged at the Millennium Hotel in Mayfair, London to meet for the company’s international annual conference, and to recognise the outstanding achievements of its European agents. The event culminated in a glittering awards ceremony recognising brand ambassadors and outstanding business practices. The overall winner for ‘Best Real Estate Agent in Europe’ went to Fine & Country Cambridgeshire.

Presenting the awards to the winners was Fine & Country’s Managing Director Malcolm Lindley who commented: “The standard of entries was exceptionally high this year and we were impressed with the innovative ways the winning agents are carrying out their business; whether it be by utilizing social media to enhance customer service, to consistently referring business across the network or to the high levels of presentation of some of our new offices.”
Fine & Country Cambridgeshire swept the board winning 3 category awards plus the overall European award. Partner Simon Bradbury says: “I am very lucky to have a great team that are incredibly dedicated and are always contributing ideas on how we can do things better.” Since opening in 2003 the office has served an area which extends to the cities of Peterborough and Cambridge as well as the market towns and villages in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. Adding to the evening’s excitement was a charity raffle and auction which raised a staggering £6,020 for the Estate Agency Foundation www.eafcharity.org. Generous auction donations included a week's stay at the Four Seasons Resort in Chiang Mai, Thailand (donated by Newton Fallowell), a box at the Beverly Knight concert at The Albert Hall (donated by The Digital Property Group) and a VIP race day at Fontwell Park Race Course (donated by Fine & Country Southsea.
The
awards ceremony and gala dinner followed the company’s National Conference in
which over 100 Fine & Country agents from the UK, South Africa, Portugal,
Spain, Malta, Nigeria
and Bahamas
came together for a day of presentations and seminars. The focus was on
sharing knowledge and best practice tips on a wide spectrum of topics
including; IT, Trust & Confidence, PR & Media, Marketing, Referrals,
Lettings and Presenting Property Professionally.
