Our Fine & Country department have just returned from our Park Lane office after a hugely successful London Property Exhibition.
Partner Simon Bradbury represented Cambridgeshire and attended both days "it was really exciting" commented Simon. "There were hundreds of homes from right across our region - and all of them looked great in the window and inside of such a prestigious location"
The event was promoted across a wide range of media including local press and websites, the Rightmove property portal and even The Sunday Times.
"I think a lot of London buyers are impressed with the value that Cambridgeshire represents in terms of house prices" continued Simon. "Our great schools, shopping and recreational facilities together with the relatively relaxed lifestyle we enjoy are highly attractive to house buyers further south"
The exhibition was so successful that the team at Fine & Country Cambridgeshire intend to organise another one by the end of 2011.
