Since acquiring no less than 4 separate awards at the recent Fine & Country conference in London, our Fine & Country department have received congratulatory messages from all around the world – but it isn’t just the admiration and respect of industry colleagues from around the globe that the team have won.

By winning the ‘Best Overall Estate Agent in Europe’ award they were also offered the chance to attend the Fine & Country International Convention in South Africa on 13^th and 14^th October.  The prize also included an invitation to speak to delegates across the African continent and share the secrets of their success……

Step up Julian O’Dell, who as well as being a Partner of Fine & Country Cambridgeshire, is the founder of sister company TM Training & Development.  “I’m delighted and flattered to have been asked to speak at such a prestigious event” said Julian, “I’m sure we’ll learn a lot as well as hopefully sharing some of our own ideas”.

TM Training & Development are themselves recent winners of the ‘Sunday Times Gold Supplier of the Year’ aware – a title which was awarded for ‘the quality of training and consultancy services provided to estate agents throughout the UK’.  As well as training some of the countries leading estate agency firms, TM Training & Development also conduct the training for Thomas Morris Sales & Lettings.
