London Calling Biggleswade, St Neots and St Ives

Thomas Morris Sales & Lettings could be taking your property to London on Saturday October 28th for their London Property Exhibition in Park Lane.

The exhibition will be held at the offices of the Guild of Property Professionals, a national network of estate agents which Thomas Morris in Biggleswade, St Neots and St Ives are members of.

A number of property experts, including Rightmove are reporting a tightening of housing market conditions and as a consequence the importance of prospective house buyers from London has increase in recent months.

‘We are finding increased numbers of buyers are happy to work in London but enjoy the benefits of a more relaxed lifestyle in a town like St Neots’ says Andrea Delaney, Senior Property Consultant at the St Neots branch, who will be attending the exhibition.

‘The house prices here are so different to those in London. Many people are able to buy a three or four bedroom house here for the same price as a one bedroom apartment in the capital.
