London Calling...Biggleswade and St Neots named as 'Hotspots' for London commuters
Biggleswade and St Neots have been officially named in The Best Commuter Hotspots report (2017 edition) compiled by TotallyMoney.com. The report uses a number of factors including house prices, season ticket prices, journey times to London and ‘life satisfaction’ measures.
To celebrate this, Thomas Morris Sales & Lettings will be holding a London Property Exhibition on May 6th at their associate office in Park Lane London supported by The Guild of Property Professionals and hosted by representatives of both branch locations.
TotallyMoney.com have also devised an easy-to-use interactive map which provides a ‘General Location Ranking’ for ‘The Best Commuter Hotspots’ including Biggleswade and St Neots. Click on the image below to be taken to the interactive map.
‘We’re not surprised at the results’ explains Biggleswade Branch Manager Ryan Coyne. ‘The average journey time by rail from Biggleswade to Kings Cross in London is about 50 minutes, though it can be as little as 42 minutes.’

Ryan will be hosting the exhibition with his colleague from St Neots Andrea Delaney who says ‘We’re finding the same. People in London are becoming increasingly aware that they could, for example, swap their 2 bedroom flat for a 4 bedroom detached home with a garage and gardens and still access London within the hour.’
