The March data shows an average house prince in the UK of £215,848 and an average house price in England of £232,530
There has been a -0.6% Monthly change and a 4.1% Annual change

East Of England
There has been a -0.8% Monthly change and a 6.7% Annual change
There has been a 7.1% Annual change
There has been a 7.0% Annual change
There has been a 8.7% Annual change
The Biggest price move region was in the East of England and the East Midlands with an Annual change of 6.7%
The Smallest price move region was in the North East with an Annual change of -0.4%
