The September data shows an average house prince in the UK of £226,367 and an average house price in England of £243,945
There has been a +0.4% Monthly change and a +5.4% Annual change

East Of England
There has been a 0.3% Monthly change and a +5.9% Annual change
There has been a +3.0% Annual change
There has been a +4.0% Annual change
There has been a +10.6% Annual change
The Biggest price move region was in the North West with an Annual change of +7.3%
The Smallest price move region was in the London with an Annual change of +2.5%
