The August data shows an average house prince in the UK of £225,956 and an average house price in England of £243,520

There has been a +0.5% Monthly change and a +5.0% Annual change

There has been a +0.7% Monthly change and a +5.3% Annual change

East Of England

There has been a 0.0% Monthly change and a +6.4% Annual change

Cambridgeshire

There has been a +5.2% Annual change

Hertfordshire

There has been a +4.9% Annual change

Bedfordshire

There has been a +9.7% Annual change

The Biggest price move region was in the North West with an Annual change of +6.5%
The Smallest price move region was in the London with an Annual change of +2.6%
