Andrew Kidman
Andrew was born in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, and was raised in Hail Weston, St, Neots, where he still lives today with his family. He was educated at Longsands Academy and Bedford College. In his spare time, Andrew likes to travel and go to the theatre.
Andrew has over 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry and spent 7 years working as an executive broker for an estate agency before joining the team in 2015.
Justyna Ferra
Justyna was born and raised in Poland and has lived in Cambridgeshire since 2006. She was educated at the University of Economics in Poland and the Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. As well as enjoying time with her family, Justyna likes to play computer games as she is very competitive!
Justyna has over 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry, previously working for a high street lender as a mortgage consultant. She joined the team in April 2015.
Simon Durose
Simon grew up in Brampton, near Huntingdon, after his father was posted there with the R.A.F. He was educated at Brampton School and Hinchingbrooke School. He now lives in Godmanchester with his family. In his spare time, Simon enjoys running.
Simon has worked in the financial services industry since 1994, initially as an estate agent, before moving into mortgage broking in 2013. He joined the team in 2015.
Martin Doy
Martin was born in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, and raised in Oulton Broad, near Lowestoft, Suffolk. He has lived in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, since 2012 with his family. In his spare time, Martin enjoys walking, hiking and geocaching.
Martin has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry, initially working part time whilst studying finance and economics at Norwich University. He also worked full time for an insurance company and an estate agency before joining the team in 2015.
Ray Lang
Ray was born and raised in Hemel Hempstead and was educated at Cavendish School and Dacorum College of Higher Education. He currently lives in Buntingford with his family. In his spare time Ray enjoys running, which includes taking part in half marathons!
Ray has worked in the financial services industry for many years and has previous experience in banking, insurance and as a financial consultant for a corporate estate agency. He has been a part of the team since 2015.
Sarah Mercer
Sarah was born and raised in Peterborough. For 20 years she has been very active in Scouting and still spends her spare time volunteering.
Sarah has had previous roles as a Financial Operations and Compliant Management and qualified in 2016. She joins the team following a very successful 2018 with over £14million of mortgages written.

Kim Mawson-Scot
Kim was born and raised near Stowmarket, Suffolk. She moved to Bedfordshire in 2000 and now lives in Flitwick. In her spare time, Kim enjoys amateur dramatics, walking in the countryside and is interested in interior design.
Kim has lots of experience in the financial services industry. In 2011, after previously working as a Debt Management Adviser, she became a Home Insurance Policy expert. In 2014, she started working as a Financial Protection Adviser before becoming self-employed in the same role in 2017. She joined the team in 2018.
