For the last 9 years, I have used Thomas Morris Property Management to look after a rented property and I have found them to be very reliable and efficient. Examples of which include the replacement of a boiler being organised within 3 days and consistent support with regulatory requirements, which are constantly evolving. A special mention goes to Magdalena Charlesworth. Whilst keeping me updated on issues related to the flat has become a given, her friendly and approachable character makes her a joy to work with.
