I had my first Thomas Morris experience viewing houses in Cambridge. Charlotte Smart got in touch via email (as I requested) rather than the classic estate agent spam phone calls and she promptly booked me in for a viewing for lovely cottage we are hoping to move to. Long story short, Charlotte was such a pleasure to view the property with and the information her company provided us (which is non standard from my experience) included many things about the area including noise pollution and etc. I was very impressed. Charlotte was also always very prompt to reply to my questions and phone calls (even on her day off!) The only thing I was displeased about was the fact the agency does not cover my area I’m selling from!

Chloe Hart showed me around the property and was very pleasant and was very helpful. She answered all my questions. I was very impressed.

Following our meeting, Jenny promptly sent a follow-up email with a comprehensive and professionally prepared comparables report, clearly explaining the current market value of my property. This was supported by solid evidence of similar properties recently sold on the open market, rather than an optimistic estimate unsupported by facts. It was truly refreshing to experience such friendly, courteous, and professional service — something I had assumed was a thing of the past.
