I was having trouble with my tax office who wanted documented proof of the value of the plot of land my house stands on, minus the value of the house itself, which no-one else seemed to be able to help me with. I mentioned it in passing to one of the TM staff who manage the rental of my house for me and she contacted Robert at TM. 'I can do that for you, no problem' came the response from him, as if it was something he could do in his sleep. A few emails backwards and forwards to establish the facts and I was then in possession of a PDF on headed paper giving me exactly what I needed. And to top it all off, he said 'no charge'.
