4 of these 5 stars are essentially all for Sue. Who was wonderful and really pleasant to deal with every step of the way regarding inspections. The rest of the firm are also lovely - any maintenance queries were always promptly handled by the Lettings team and carried out in a timely manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Thomas Morris again.

I recently sold my dads house through TM and overall got good service from the agents and the sales progressor, and also used their conveyancing team. We had to overcome some issues but concluded eventually. The staff were very friendly and helpful and knowledgable. My only minor criticism is that, for me personally, I would have liked more regular updates even if it meant nothing had happened. Thanks to Alex, Rob, Julie, Jurga and Ashleigh for their hard work

Sheetal was very helpful to get my deposit back from the landlord at the end of my tenancy.

Charlotte was really helpful through the process of buying my property, understanding my situation, assisting me in arranging suitable viewings, listening to my feedback and not being pushy while still representing the sellers interests as well. She helped me get to completion of a purchase in the time frame I was looking for.
