Following our meeting, Jenny promptly sent a follow-up email with a comprehensive and professionally prepared comparables report, clearly explaining the current market value of my property. This was supported by solid evidence of similar properties recently sold on the open market, rather than an optimistic estimate unsupported by facts. It was truly refreshing to experience such friendly, courteous, and professional service — something I had assumed was a thing of the past.

We currently rent a property that Thomas Morris have taken over recently. We have only been with the agency for one week and the difference in service is fantastic. I wish this move was taken sooner.
