Alex young at Thomas morris in Ramsey was absolutely brilliant during our very difficult house move to Ramsey. She went out of her way to find out what was going on in the chain and kept in contact throughout the purchase and was always at the end of the phone with updates. Without Alex I think my stress levels would have hit the roof because she always made the time to ensure I could get everything off my chest and shared my frustration at times.
