Thomas Morris has been great, from my first phone call through to viewing properties. I cannot fault their customer service. Jurga was excellent during the viewings. She was very knowledgeable and promptly spoke to the vendor whenever I had questions whose answers were not immediately available. Highly recommended!

4 of these 5 stars are essentially all for Sue. Who was wonderful and really pleasant to deal with every step of the way regarding inspections. The rest of the firm are also lovely - any maintenance queries were always promptly handled by the Lettings team and carried out in a timely manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Thomas Morris again.
