I’m a first-time landlord … just coming to end of first year letting house through Thomas Morris (TM - St Neots branch) full management service, though I deal with my own maintenance contractors myself. V. pleased with TM’s service overall to date. Initial stages, had a few issues (inc. delays & poor communication) with some of TM’s contractors dealing with some of the regulatory (& associated) requirements. This was frustrating. However, TM’s in-house team has been great -throughout contract management and pre-tenancy period Holly Watkins and colleagues - super-efficient, ensured all issues covered, my numerous queries answered, and communicated well. Then, on into property care and maintenance, initially with Reanna Gallagher, now with Matthew (Matt) Stapleton. Matthew handles most of my/tenant liaison – consistently great service from Matthew - communication always timely, well-considered, and extremely helpful - v. impressed, great customer-service all round. One thing I would find helpful (and will request) from TM is a property review schedule for the year ahead, so I have a good amount of advance notice if I want to input.
