We are really pleased with how Thomas Morris are currently handling both our house sale and purchase so far. From the very beginning, their communication has been excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way and providing plenty of reassurance throughout the process. I recently sold my dads house through TM and overall got good service from the agents and the sales progressor, and also used their conveyancing team. We had to overcome some issues but concluded eventually. The staff were very friendly and helpful and knowledgable. My only minor criticism is that, for me personally, I would have liked more regular updates even if it meant nothing had happened. Thanks to Alex, Rob, Julie, Jurga and Ashleigh for their hard work
