Renting a flat through Thomas Morris was very easy and very transparent. There was no unexplained delays or time I was completely ghosted unlike other agencies in the area. I saw a flat I liked, applied, they gave me a viewing, I submited a full application, I got the flat. They've been quick to sort out any issues too. Isabelle Childerly has been amazing at helping me throughout the process and continuing to answer my many questions after. Also when picking up keys Amit Chauhan the branch manager went out of his way to check I had the right keys/all was set up in the flat by going to my new flat with me himself which he didn't have to do but was a fantastic touch. Would definitely recommend.
