About Thomas Morris Property Management

Our Property Management department was set up to assist landlords and tenants in all aspects of rental transactions. A real success story, this company now manages hundreds of rented property across three counties and has forged a reputation for exceptional service and customer care.

In 2017 we won Best Lettings Agent in East Anglia at the prestigious Guild of Property Professionals annual awards and in 2016 our property management team won Silver at the prestigious national Negotiator awards in the Medium Lettings Agency of the Year category – testament to the hard work, professionalism and success of the entire team.

Our seven Thomas Morris branches handle landlord and tenant enquiries, carry out valuations and viewings and assist with the initial paperwork when a tenant wishes to rent a property.

Our dedicated Property Management and Administration Centre in Eaton Socon then processes each transaction swiftly and efficiently, organises moving in dates and all associated work and then specialises in managing the properties.

Landlords and tenants can relax in the knowledge that their property transactions will be handled swiftly and efficiently and that expertise and advice are always at hand.
