At Thomas Morris, our Property Management department was set up to assist landlords and tenants in all aspects of rental transactions. This company now manages hundreds of rented property across three counties and has forged a reputation for exceptional service and customer care.

• We can handle everything from the time your tenant is found through to when the property is handed back to you.
• We will be available to you from 9 till 5.30 Monday to Thursday, 9 till 5 Fridays and 9 till 1 Saturdays.
• We can ensure that we give you a consistent service by employing a very experienced team with many years in property management and Lettings.

• We can sustain clear communication channels with all our Landlords and Tenants by utilising a specially designed support centre with regular training and technology updates.
• We will look after your home or investment as if it were our own.
• We work directly with the lettings accounts department to make sure transactions and payments are processed as quick as possible.
