The house sold within 2 days of being on the market. The communication throughout was excellent. India was always available to ensure the process went smoothly and happy to answer questions. The Agent was very prompt for the visit, professional, took her time to listen patiently to my needs and was very friendly. She gave a clear and detailed explanation of how she arrived at her evaluation with lots of examples of similar properties sold within my estate. Most of all she respected my space and was very complimentary of my house and encouraging. I visited the office this afternoon without an appointment and was extremely impressed by the warm welcome and genuinely helpful advice I received. I was greeted immediately by Jenny, the Assistant Branch Manager, who offered me a seat and took a generous amount of time to discuss my requirements in detail. Following our meeting, Jenny promptly sent a follow-up email with a comprehensive and professionally prepared comparables report, clearly explaining the current market value of my property. This was supported by solid evidence of similar properties recently sold on the open market, rather than an optimistic estimate unsupported by facts. It was truly refreshing to experience such friendly, courteous, and professional service — something I had assumed was a thing of the past.

Overall, the communication with the agent was friendly and easy. They offered additional services to go through the purchasing process.
