I visited the office this afternoon without an appointment and was extremely impressed by the warm welcome and genuinely helpful advice I received. I was greeted immediately by Jenny, the Assistant Branch Manager, who offered me a seat and took a generous amount of time to discuss my requirements in detail. Following our meeting, Jenny promptly sent a follow-up email with a comprehensive and professionally prepared comparables report, clearly explaining the current market value of my property. This was supported by solid evidence of similar properties recently sold on the open market, rather than an optimistic estimate unsupported by facts. It was truly refreshing to experience such friendly, courteous, and professional service — something I had assumed was a thing of the past.

Overall, the communication with the agent was friendly and easy. They offered additional services to go through the purchasing process.
