We currently rent a property that Thomas Morris have taken over recently. We have only been with the agency for one week and the difference in service is fantastic. I wish this move was taken sooner. I have been letting through Thomas Morris for a couple of decades now. Their business model has recently changed and although it has been difficult for me to understand who deals with what these days as tasks have become more specialised and I don't have an individual I can approach about each of my properties, this approach has been very useful at the end of tenancy of one of my properties where Sheetal has been dealing with the deposit return and has done a good job, despite being remote from the property.
