What our customers say about us

Needed advice with a property matter. Dealt with Robert Arnold and found him extremeley helpful, even though there was nothing in it for Thomas morris. The Matter was resolved quickly thanks to his help. Would recommend.

We couldn’t be happier with the fantastic service we received from Meg Denman throughout our property search. We had quite specific requirements and were looking for something a little more unusual with a standalone property with a larger plot of land. From the outset, Meg really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, rather than simply showing us properties that broadly matched our criteria. Her knowledge of the property market and genuinely personalised approach really set her apart and she just understood what we wanted. We were also navigating a chain sale, and Meg’s advice throughout that process was invaluable. She was knowledgeable, proactive and reassuring, providing clear, practical guidance that made what could have been a stressful experience considerably easier. What particularly impressed us was how invested Meg was in helping us find the right property. Her professionalism and commitment to delivering outstanding service were second to none and we are THRILLED. We’re extremely grateful for all her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Meg to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Sheetal was very helpful to get my deposit back from the landlord at the end of my tenancy.

Hattie was absolutely fantastic. We needed a valuation and advice on selling our property looking to the future. Even though we decided to delay our sale Hattie never pushed us to do anything and gave sound advice.

We have just sold and purchased homes with Thomas Morris and we have had a fantastic experience. We would recommend Thomas Morris, the whole team are very knowledgeable and professional. Special thanks to Robert for helping us find our dream home, we wake up and pinch ourselves everyday!

Just wanted to say what a fantastic service we received from the Robert Arnold from Huntingdon branch of Thomas Morris. Robert provided a fast, efficient, helpful and polite at all times, and whomever we spoke to in the office was equally helpful really glad we sold our house with them thanks Robert! D&M

Thomas Morris Estate Agents helped me with the sale of my mother’s address after she passed away. They were excellent in all their dealings with me and in relation to the house. I would highly recommend them as an Estate agent to anybody willing to listen. Thank you so much for your assistance during what has been an emotional time

I used the Thomas Morris Huntingdon office for my exiting new purchase of a cute bungalow today and they made the process completely stress free. Within minutes of placing the offer I received an email and a phone call detailing the next steps in a clear and friendly manner. Well done to the whole team for making this rather daunting challenge a lot easier!

Great experience with Thomas Morris again - have bought and sold through them twice now - all staff are very helpful including in times of stress! Highly recommend

Robbie went above and beyond, kept in regular contact, whether there were updates or not. I could not have asked for a better estate agent. Would definitely use again

All the staff are courteous and super helpful. I dealt most with Meghan Denman ( senior property consultant). She negotiated my sale and my purchase. Her advice was sound. She made me feel that I was her most important customer. Thank you Meghan

They are very knowledgeable about their portfolio and genuinely interested in finding you your perfect forever home. The sales team communications are prompt and accurate - but also friendly - expertly managing expectations.
