Sue Scott is wonderful when she conducts the inspections on our house. She is always very helpful and arranges a time that suits me. It's a pleasure having her visit.

I recently had my 2nd property inspection with Sue Scott, she was professional and lovely. I have quite bad anxiety when it comes to house inspections but when I saw Sue it instantly put my mind at ease before she even got through the door as I remembered her being so kind and reassuring last time and even complimented some parts of the home. I have a young autistic son who struggles with new people in our home so he always goes to a relatives for inspections, but if I knew it was Sue coming I would of kept him home because I know he would of been ok. Sue really is an asset to Thomas Morris, especially for people like me and my son. I really hope to have Sue for all my future inspections, fingers crossed! :D

Isabelle childerley helped us finding a house. My biggest thing is communication. I dislike lack of communication. Isabelle's very communicative and always answers any questions or queries, but, also checks in to make sure you're happy too. It made me feel at ease instantly. First time private renting and because of Isabelle it has been a breeze and a stress free, happy decision. Massive thank you to you ? Sue Scott is fantastic. Communication is spot on. Can have a laugh and built a nice relationship with sue during our home inspections. Nothing is a problem. She liases with me and the landlords effortlessly and updates us all the time. Of ever I have a concern or query Sue helps us out every time with no issues. Definitely an asset to Thomas Morris. She has made our experience a lot better for us. Unfortunately not all there are as helpful or supportive. But glad we have Sue as she is amazing. Definitely needs to be recognised and thanked.
