On July 6th Thomas Morris Sales & Lettings will be holding a London Property Exhibition in Park Lane, London.

The exhibition is designed to promote homes that are for sale through the Thomas Morris offices who are members of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents and the exhibition will be held at our associate office in Park Lane, London.

‘It’s a great opportunity for local sellers to offer their homes to buyers from London’ says Samuel Neal, Senior Property Consultant at Thomas Morris in St Neots. ‘Kings Cross is about an hour by train from St Neots station, and if people work in London they are often amazed at what they can get for their money in around the area’.

Biggleswade Branch Manager Ryan Coyne agrees, ‘It’s perfectly possible to buy a three of four bedroom home here for the price of a two-bedroom apartment in London. Biggleswade and the surrounding villages offer a great environment for a family to enjoy at a fraction of the cost and that’s exactly what this exhibition will help promote’.

The event will comprise hundreds of properties for sale all on display at the recently refurbished Park Lane office. A representative from Thomas Morris will be on hand all day to offer expert advice and guidance.

‘We cannot wait to take our properties to London’ said Dan Attfield from St Ives. ‘Anyone contemplating selling their property should certainly be looking to take advantage of this opportunity’.
