London Calling … London Calling!
On October 27th we will be holding our latest London Property Exhibition at our office in Park Lane, London, in association with the Guild of Property Professionals who awarded us GOLD in their 2018 awards earlier this year. Click on the image below for a video containing more information:
Our offices from St Neots, Biggleswade and St Ives will be showcasing properties from across our region to prospective home buyers in London. Paul Blake from St Ives will be one of the hosts at the event, and is looking forward to presenting property from Thomas Morris, saying: “It promises to be another successful event and a great opportunity for local house sellers to promote their homes to the lucrative London Market.”

The exhibition runs from 10am to 4pm and Thomas Morris clients are invited to call in, say hello, and grab a cup of coffee in the newly refurbished office in one of the most prestigious addresses in the world – 119-121 Park Lane, London.
“The office is located right next to Marble Arch Underground Station and has the largest estate agency window display in the whole of Park Lane” continues Paul. “At Thomas Morris, we’re finding that increasing numbers of buyers in the Capital are recognising the value of homes in our region, and with even faster transport links to London, the demand is increasing!”
Currently, rail journey times from Biggleswade, St. Neots, and Huntingdon to London Kings Cross can be as little as 31 minutes, to 48 minutes. It’s perfectly possible for home owners to ‘swap’ their two-bedroom apartment in London for a four-bedroom detached property with a garage and gardens, within a few minutes of the local train station allowing them the benefits of living a more relaxed lifestyle but still being able to work in the capital.
