Thomas Morris Sales & Lettings are pleased to announce that they will be running their 12 Days of Christmas campaign from Monday 9th December 2019.
In conjunction with several of our landlords we are offering any tenants who wish to apply to rent a property and move in before Monday 23rd December a reduction on their first month’s rent equivalent to 12 days rent*. (25th December to 5th January).
Lettings Development Manager Pete Hoare said, “This is a great way for landlords with empty properties to attract tenants in what can be a quiet time of year.” He continued “Landlords don’t want their properties empty over the Christmas and New Year period, so we came up with this incentive for tenants to act quickly before the Christmas Break.”
Sandra Watson, Head of Thomas Morris Property Management added “There is also an advantage to tenants who do not have to spend out as much on their first month’s rent, this is an expensive time of year, and the saving could really help some of our tenants.”
